Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your return.

Receive Return Authorization

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our returns warehouse.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables and accessories, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

Our technicians will inspect the returned unit within 5 business days of arrival, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
